A Quiet Place Part II Review

2.5 out of 4 stars

There’s no doubt John Krasinski’s sequel is competent, but it feels almost like an afterthought. There’s not the same emotional connection the first film had. I applaud the performances and the chemistry between Millicent Simmonds and Cillian Murphy. It’s a shame the movie leaves you a little disappointed. The more you see of the CG creatures, the less scary they are.
